NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I will be personally occupying this room, agree to pay all charges (including damages beyond fair wear and tear) arising from the use of it by myself or my invitees, and authorize the use of any credit card provided by me to Palms Garden Inn to pay any charges associated with my stay.I agree to the room rate to be charged. I also agree to vacate the room by the check-out date & time (11:00am). I accept all risk associated with my stay and agree that, while management exercises due care, the property cannot be responsible for accidents, injuries, or for loss of money, or jewelry, or valuables of any kind, or vehicle vandalized or theft.

All rooms on premises are non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee of up to $200.00 may be charged to your card if any smoking has taken place inside your room.

Pet Policy - You are responsible for any property damage, cleaning cost, personal injury, pest control, or noise disturbance caused by your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its employees of any claim, demand, or judgement associated in any way with damages attributable to your pet. The Hotel reserves the right to charge you for the estimated cost of any damages caused by your pet. You are responsible for picking up your pet’s waste, if you do not have doggie bags please feel free to ask front desk for some small bags. There will be a $10.00 plus tax non-refundable fee per pet, per day at time of check-in. If your pet has a urine or stool accident in the room, there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee added to your bill.
